Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist in preparing HR documents and reports (e.g., letters, policies, presentations).
- Support internal communication efforts.
- Conduct basic research on HR best practices and compliance topics.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
