Role Overview
We’re looking for a visionary, results-oriented leader to head our end-to-end HR operations. As Senior Director – HR Operations, you’ll champion operational excellence across the entire employee lifecycle—leveraging data, automation, and next-gen HR technology to deliver a seamless, high-impact employee experience in our fast-paced, tech-first environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Operational Leadership

Oversee all core HR functions, from talent acquisition and onboarding to payroll, benefits, compliance, performance management, and offboarding.

Design and implement scalable, technology-driven processes that enhance speed, accuracy, and compliance.

Drive adoption of automation and AI-powered solutions to optimize recruitment, engagement, and HR analytics workflows.
Data-Driven Strategy

Create a robust HR analytics framework with real-time dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

Track and report on critical metrics, including hiring velocity, payroll accuracy, retention, engagement, and productivity.

Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to improve workforce planning, manage attrition, and optimize performance.
Performance & Talent Management

Collaborate with business and HR leaders to strengthen performance systems, including OKRs, feedback loops, appraisals, and talent reviews.

Ensure fairness, consistency, and timeliness in all performance-related processes.
Compliance, Risk & Governance

Ensure full compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Lead audits, conduct risk assessments, and update policies to mitigate legal and operational risks.
Leadership & Collaboration

Build and mentor a high-performing HR operations team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Partner with Finance, Legal, and IT teams to deliver unified cross-functional services.
