Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Java-based test automation. In this role, you will design and maintain scalable automation frameworks, develop robust testing strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to embed quality into every phase of the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Design: Develop comprehensive, actionable test plans from complex business requirements to ensure complete test coverage.

Automation Framework Development: Build, maintain, and optimize scalable automation frameworks using Core Java and modern testing tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, product managers, and QA teams to make quality a shared responsibility across the SDLC.

Functional & End-to-End Testing: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure accuracy, performance, and exceptional user experience.

Automation Execution: Create and execute automated scripts for web and API testing using Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, and related tools.

CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) to enable continuous testing and faster releases.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve automation issues to ensure stability and reliability.
