Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned iOS Technical Lead with proven expertise in Swift to lead the full iOS application development lifecycle. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, high-performance mobile solutions, mentoring the development team, and ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • iOS Development Leadership: Drive end-to-end app development using Swift, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and premium quality.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into intuitive, engaging mobile experiences.

  • Performance Optimization: Enhance responsiveness, stability, and performance across diverse iOS devices and OS versions.

  • Mentorship & Code Quality: Lead code reviews, uphold clean coding practices, and mentor junior developers.

  • Testing & Documentation: Maintain high reliability with comprehensive unit testing, detailed documentation, and adherence to clean architecture principles.

  • Backend & API Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to ensure secure, seamless integrations.

  • Innovation & Improvement: Introduce new tools, workflows, and best practices to boost delivery speed and quality.

  • Feature Ownership: Manage features from concept to deployment, including optimization and post-release enhancements.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging iOS technologies to deliver future-ready solutions.

Preferred Skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of mobile app development experience, including 6+ years in iOS development.

  • Deep expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and third-party library integration.

  • Skilled in architecting complex mobile apps using modular design patterns such as MVVM, MVI, or MVP.

  • Proficient in CI/CD workflows, automated testing, code review processes, and App Store deployments.

  • Demonstrated leadership in team management and mentoring iOS developers.

  • Experience with tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, or equivalent analytics/crash reporting platforms.

  • Solid understanding of web application ecosystems and cross-platform compatibility challenges.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with Core Bluetooth, Core Location, or real-time service integrations (e.g., EV charging or roadside assistance).

  • Background in mobility, transportation, or automotive technology platforms.

  • Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform or other cross-platform development frameworks.
