Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Power Automate – Cloud Flows
Design, build, and maintain automated cloud workflows using Power Automate.
Create approval processes, data syncs, and email/task automation using connectors like Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, Planner, and SQL.
Use condition controls, expressions, loops, and error handling to ensure robust automation.
Integrate Power Automate with Power Apps and Microsoft 365 services.
🔹 Power Automate Desktop (PAD – RPA)
Develop desktop automation (attended/unattended) using PAD.
Automate manual, repetitive desktop tasks involving Excel, legacy apps, PDFs, browsers, or desktop software.
Implement UI automation, web scraping, and error handling techniques.
Use input/output variables, subflows, and scripting for advanced logic.
🔹 Power Apps – Canvas Apps
Design and build Canvas apps using Power Fx formulas, galleries, collections, and controls.
Connect to data sources like SharePoint, Excel, Dataverse, or SQL Server.
Implement dynamic forms, filtering, sorting, search, and offline capability (if needed).
Ensure good user experience (UX) with responsive layouts and intuitive navigation.
🔹 Data Integration & Business Logic
Work with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, or Excel Tables to manage app/flow data.
Configure business rules, validations, and dynamic behavior in apps and flows.
Implement role-based access control and data visibility using Power Apps/Automate permissions.
🔹 Collaboration & Project Delivery
Work directly with stakeholders or business teams to gather requirements and provide demos.
Translate business processes into technical flow diagrams and working apps/flows.
Document app designs, flow logic, and provide basic user guides or support material.
Provide maintenance and troubleshooting for existing automations and apps.
