We are looking for a talented Data Engineer to join our analytics team, driving innovation in transportation, tracking, and damage claims for finished vehicles. You will design and maintain data solutions, create impactful dashboards, and work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex datasets into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting.
- Perform data mining, transformation, and cleansing for accurate, actionable insights.
- Develop and manage interactive dashboards and reports for both operational and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Monitor and enhance data quality, integrity, and performance.
- Support damage claims analysis by integrating tracking, incident logs, and external data sources.
- Leverage AWS services (especially Amazon QuickSight) for secure, scalable data visualization.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with internal and external regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years in data engineering or analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for ETL and data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with any BI tools (Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with large datasets and data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain data is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
