The Installation and Support Executive is responsible for the on-site installation, configuration, testing, and support of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, automation solutions, and IT infrastructure. This role involves close collaboration with the project team, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth deployment, reliable operation, and timely technical support for all installed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure and commission ELV systems such as:
CCTV Surveillance Systems
Access Control & Time Attendance Systems
Fire Alarm & Public Address Systems
Structured Cabling & Networking
Technical Support & Maintenance:
To provide on-site and remote technical support for ELV, automation, and IT systems.
To perform regular preventive maintenance, firmware updates, and system health checks.
To troubleshoot faults, replace defective components, and restore system functionality quickly.
Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT,CS or related field, or ITI certification in a relevant trade.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in the installation and support of ELV, automation, and IT infrastructure systems.
Freshers are also welcome.
