About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support our growing sales team. In this role, you will manage CRM tools, track key sales metrics, generate reports, and assist in improving sales processes. You’ll also play a key role in handling quotes, invoices, and contracts, ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) to ensure data accuracy
- Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline metrics
- Prepare quotes and provide pricing support to the sales team
- Generate and manage sales-related reports, dashboards, and forecasts
- Assist with the creation and management of customer invoices and sales contracts
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to support sales initiatives
- Help identify and implement improvements in sales tools, processes, and workflows
- Support the sales team with data-driven insights and administrative coordination
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role
- Experience working in cybersecurity or SaaS sales strongly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data
- Education: B.Tech in Engineering, IT, or a related field
