Brief Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced L&D Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a variety of training programs and initiatives that align with our business objectives. You will play a key role in fostering a learning culture, enhancing employee skills, and supporting career development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery & Facilitation:

          Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, on a range of topics including new hire orientation, leadership development, software     training, and soft skills.

          Facilitate group discussions and activities to maximize participant engagement and knowledge retention.

          Adapt delivery style and content to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Program Management:

Assist in the administration and management of our Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user management, and reporting.

  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room bookings, and participant communication.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Content Development:

          Create or curate learning materials such as training manuals, job aids, presentations, and digital content.

  • Training Coordination:

          Schedule training sessions, coordinate with external vendors/trainers, manage logistics, and ensure smooth delivery.

  • Onboarding

          Support mandatory training compliance and contribute to new hire onboarding programs.


Needs Assessment & Strategy:

  • Conduct learning needs analysis in collaboration with departments to identify skill gaps and development priorities
  • Assess the effectiveness of training through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance outcomes. Suggest improvements based on data.

  • Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of the company's overall L&D roadmap.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in learning and development.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or Instructional Design role.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programs for corporate audiences.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) is a plus.

  • Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) is highly desirable.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Education

  • B.Tech/MCA/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. Certifications in L&D or instructional design are a plus.
