Job Requirements
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: 1–2 years in a dental or medical office preferred; insurance-related experience is a plus
Skills & Attributes:
- Knowledge of insurance billing codes
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology and client service platforms
- Willing to work in night shift
- Willing to travel to other office locations if required
