Brief Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller cum Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role also involves lead generation and contributing to sales growth through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound queries effectively
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer support and issue resolution
  • Generate leads through phone calls and assist in converting them to customers
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or services
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-ups
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned

 

Preferred Skills

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Hindi and Tamil (spoken) is mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving approach
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools/software
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales
  • Familiarity with using call center software or CRM systems
  • Ability to communicate in additional regional languages is an advantage
