We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller cum Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role also involves lead generation and contributing to sales growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound queries effectively
- Provide prompt and courteous customer support and issue resolution
- Generate leads through phone calls and assist in converting them to customers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or services
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned
