We are looking for a proactive and dynamic fresher who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Business Development. This dual-role will provide exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment and employee engagement, as well as business development activities like client outreach, lead generation, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social platforms.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Maintain and update the recruitment tracker.

Assist in onboarding processes and documentation.

Help organize internal HR activities such as employee engagement events.

Support performance review processes and HR policy documentation.
Business Development:

Identify potential leads through online research, LinkedIn, and other sources.

Assist in outreach via emails, LinkedIn, and calls.

Maintain CRM or lead tracker for prospects and clients.

Support in preparing business proposals and presentations.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
