Brief Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating internal processes, managing data accurately, ensuring deadlines are met, and assisting in the implementation of strategies that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple internal departments to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintenance within the ERP system.
  • Track, monitor, and follow up on operational tasks and project timelines to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc operational reports to management.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal communications related to operations.
  • Support the implementation of operational strategies, policies, and compliance measures across departments.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an operations or administrative coordination role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Must be proficient in both English and Hindi..
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
