Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute a variety of qualitative and quantitative user research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnographic field studies, and A/B testing.

Translate research findings into actionable insights that drive product decisions and design improvements.

Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to incorporate user feedback early and often.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create and iterate wireframes and interactive prototypes that reflect user needs and business goals.

Present research insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

Lead strategic research initiatives to explore new product opportunities and optimize existing features.

Develop and maintain user personas, customer journey maps, and other artifacts that support a shared understanding of user needs.

Mentor junior researchers and promote UX research best practices across the organization.
