Position Summary 
As a Level 1 Insurance Data Entry Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in helping our team  process dental insurance information accurately and efficiently. No prior dental experience is needed but highly recommended —we provide training and support as you grow with us. This role is designed to be foundational, focusing on simple, repeatable tasks that build your knowledge over time. As you demonstrate accuracy, reliability, and initiative, you’ll have the opportunity to advance through multiple levels with expanded responsibilities and increased pay. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Review patient insurance information for accuracy 
  • Communicate with insurance companies regarding obtaining benefit summary and  
  • Navigate both dental insurance systems and portals 
  • Support client training and troubleshooting related to insurance procedures 
  •  Maintain accurate logs and case notes using our internal tech platform

Preferred Skills

Requirements

  • Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
  • 1–2 years of experience in a dental or medical office, insurance role preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance billing codes  
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with technology and client service platforms
