Position Overview

Way.com is looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our social media presence. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for amplifying brand awareness, growing a thriving digital community, and driving user engagement across all major platforms. You’ll work closely with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure a consistent, innovative, and results-driven social strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that supports Way.com’s brand identity and overarching business goals.

  • Content Oversight: Lead the creation, curation, and publishing of engaging, platform-specific content across Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

  • Community Management: Engage with our online audience by responding to comments and messages, initiating conversations, and maintaining a consistent and positive brand voice.

  • Brand Development: Strengthen brand recognition and loyalty through initiatives that boost awareness, community involvement, and customer advocacy.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and deliver insights to key stakeholders.

  • Influencer & Partner Collaboration: Identify and manage relationships with influencers, brand partners, and content creators to expand reach and elevate engagement.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of emerging social media trends, tools, and updates to keep Way.com’s digital strategy fresh and competitive.

  • Cross-Department Alignment: Coordinate with product, content, customer service, and design teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing objectives.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage the social media budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.

  • Reputation Management: Monitor brand mentions and proactively address feedback or incidents to maintain and protect the brand’s public image.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • A minimum of 9 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record in executing successful campaigns and growing brand presence.

  • Deep understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their role in business development.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Socialbakers).

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

  • Strong creative acumen combined with strategic thinking capabilities.

  • Expertise in paid social media strategies and advertising techniques.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.

  • A passion for digital innovation and staying up to date with evolving social media trends and technologies.
