Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to drive impactful paid search strategies that boost visibility, increase conversions, and support revenue growth for our online booking platform. You will manage and optimize SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, working closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent and brand-aligned marketing approach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies to maximize online visibility, attract qualified traffic, and drive higher conversion rates.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing, intent-driven keywords aligned with our target audience and services.

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Bing Ads, ensuring performance and budget efficiency.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, identifying trends and opportunities to improve ROI.

  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, offering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including content, design, and development—to ensure campaign consistency in messaging and visual execution.

  • Stay current with evolving SEM trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance and maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in MarketingBusiness, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in search engine marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or online booking environment.

  • Demonstrated track record of success in planning, executing, and optimizing SEM campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Prior experience working in the US market, with proven success managing monthly SEM budgets of $100,000 or more.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.

  • Google Ads Certification is preferred.
