Training & Development

Collaborate with business leaders to identify and assess current and future training needs across the organization.

Design, develop, and implement strategic training programs that align with business goals and enhance workforce capability.

Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual sessions, including skills workshops, onboarding programs, and leadership development initiatives.

Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance data to measure impact and return on investment (ROI).

Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth operations, content accuracy, and timely updates.

Source and manage external training vendors as needed, ensuring quality and alignment with learning objectives.

Promote a culture of continuous learning, encouraging career development and professional growth at all levels of the organization.
Performance Management

Lead the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year checkpoints, and annual performance reviews.

Train and support managers on giving constructive feedback and conducting impactful performance conversations.

Ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluations across departments and teams.

Analyze performance data and trends in collaboration with HR Business Partners and leadership to identify gaps and highlight high performers.

Enhance performance management tools and systems to drive clarity, transparency, and efficiency.

Support succession planning and career development by utilizing performance insights to identify future leaders and growth opportunities.
