Brief Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Spanish Customer Success Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, delivering empathetic, efficient, and high-quality support to ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and effective manner.

  • Deliver empathetic, solution-driven support to maximize customer satisfaction at every interaction.

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring swift and thorough resolutions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions in internal systems, ensuring up-to-date and organized records.

  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores, first-call resolution, and productivity targets.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to provide accurate, relevant, and helpful assistance.

  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, results-driven, and supportive work environment

Preferred Skills

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) for effective bilingual communication.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a voice process.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with automotive services, fintech platforms, or similar industries is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
