Your Role & Responsibilities

As our Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Identify and engage new prospects through strategic outbound calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads and expand the pipeline.

  • Deliver compelling product presentations that clearly communicate our unique value proposition to potential clients.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure timely follow-ups, clear visibility into deal stages, and effective pipeline management.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, playing a critical role in driving overall revenue growth.

  • Foster long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty, repeat business, and high-quality referrals.

  • Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts to inform strategic decisions and provide visibility to leadership.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • 5–8 years of sales experience, with prior exposure to the e-commerce sector being a significant plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Resilient and positive in the face of rejection, with a strong ability to bounce back.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
