Brief Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth initiatives, with a primary focus on increasing qualified traffic and generating high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in B2B, SaaS, E-commerce, or Fintech domains and demonstrate strong proficiency in modern SEO tools, data interpretation, and technical optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of aligning SEO efforts with overarching business goals.


Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement robust on-page and off-page SEO strategies to support lead generation and organic visibility.

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis, with a focus on B2B and Fintech landscapes.

  • Execute technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar platforms to ensure optimal site performance and crawlability.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.

  • Create custom dashboards and deliver data-driven insights highlighting keyword trends, traffic behavior, and ROI contributions.

Content Optimization & Collaboration

  • Partner with content and product marketing teams to optimize landing pages, blogs, and product pages for improved search performance.

  • Develop content briefs grounded in keyword intent, semantic clustering, and evolving user search trends.

Link Building & Outreach

  • Design and execute white-hat link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and elevate search rankings.

  • Establish and maintain outreach relationships with publishers, partners, and relevant content collaborators to secure quality backlinks.

Performance Ownership & KPI Management

  • Define and track core SEO KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, lead quality, and conversion rates.

  • Identify growth opportunities, experiment with scalable SEO tactics, and drive continuous performance improvement aligned with quarterly goals.

Preferred Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience within B2B, SaaS, e-commerce, or Fintech companies.

  • Strong proficiency in tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and Tableau.

  • Experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog for comprehensive SEO analysis.

  • In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, including Core Web Vitalssite architecture, and crawlability.

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to transform analytical insights into actionable SEO strategies.

  • Proven experience in target-oriented SEO execution and performance reporting.

  • Background in lead generation-focused environments, with clear success metrics.

  • Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams for cross-functional alignment.


Nice to Have

  • Previous experience working in a Fintech marketing environment.

  • Exposure to marketing automation tools and CRM integrations.

  • Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)UX best practices, and A/B testing methodologies.

  • Knowledge of localization and international SEO strategies for U.S. and global markets.
