Your Role & Responsibilities

As our Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media to qualify new leads.

  • Delivering impactful product demonstrations that highlight our value proposition to prospective customers.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records to ensure seamless follow-up and effective pipeline management.

  • Achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs, playing a pivotal role in driving company revenue.

  • Nurturing relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty, repeat business, and valuable referrals.

  • Compiling and presenting detailed sales reports and forecasts to inform leadership and guide strategic planning.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • 5–8 years of sales experience, with prior exposure to the e-commerce sector being a significant plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Resilient and positive in the face of rejection, with a strong ability to bounce back.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
