Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to design and implement impactful SEM strategies that drive traffic and revenue for our online booking platform. In this role, you will oversee and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, working closely with internal teams to ensure all efforts align with our brand identity and broader business goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies to enhance visibility, attract targeted traffic, and improve conversion rates for our platform.

  • Perform in-depth keyword research to identify and focus on high-performing keywords relevant to our products and services.

  • Manage and continuously optimize SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytical tools to identify areas for ongoing improvement.

  • Deliver regular performance reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams—including designers, copywriters, and developers—to ensure SEM campaigns align with brand standards and messaging.

  • Keep current with industry trends and best practices in SEM to ensure we remain competitive and effective in our approach.

Preferred Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in MarketingBusiness, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in search engine marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or online booking environment.

  • Demonstrated track record of success in planning, executing, and optimizing SEM campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Prior experience working in the US market, with proven success managing monthly SEM budgets of $100,000 or more.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.

  • Google Ads Certification is preferred.
