Brief Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, planning, and design of iOS applications built using Swift.

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to convert business requirements into scalable technical implementations.

  • Ensure optimal performance, stability, and responsiveness across various iOS devices.

  • Provide mentorship and technical support to junior and mid-level iOS developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

  • Maintain high coding standards by enforcing robust testing practices and thorough documentation throughout the development process.

  • Work alongside backend and API teams to design and integrate scalable, efficient services.

  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement within the mobile development environment.

  • Take ownership of feature development from concept and coding to deployment and performance optimization.

  • Keep up to date with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in the iOS development community.

Preferred Skills

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a minimum of 6 years specializing in iOS development.

  • Expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.

  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and third-party library integration.

  • Experience in architecting complex mobile applications using modular design patterns (MVVM, MVI, MVP).

  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and App Store deployment processes.

  • Proven track record of leading teams and mentoring iOS developers.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Firebase, Mixpanel, or similar analytics and crash reporting platforms.

  • Understanding of web app ecosystems and cross-platform compatibility.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Core Bluetooth, Core Location, or real-time services integration (e.g., EV or roadside assistance).

  • Background in mobility, transportation, or automotive technology platforms.

  • Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform or other cross-platform frameworks.
