Brief Description

Electronics Technology Parks-Kerala (TECHNOPARK), an autonomous organization fully owned by the Government of Kerala offering world class infrastructure for IT/ITeS companies invites applications from eligible candidates for the following position in Thiruvananthapuram.

 

Job Title: Manager - O&M

Job Description

  • Age: Below 40 years as on 01.07.2025

  • Period of contract: 5 years – (1 year probation). Extendable based on mutual consent

  • Job description: Supervision of civil works, Inspection of the Buildings/campuses of Technopark on matters related to civil works, monitoring of the civil works and its progress. Estimation, billing and tendering activities of the civil works. Coordination with Contractors/Vendors and other agencies for the operations and maintenance activities. Any other activities as directed by higher authorities related to O&M/Projects.

  • Remuneration: Scale of pay– Rs. 39500-1000-42500-1100-48000-1200-54000-1350-59400-1500-65400-1650-72000-1800-81000-2000-83000 (pre-revised)

  • The selected candidate will also get DA, HRA and CCA at Government rates. Other perks as per the norms of Technopark.

Preferred Skills

Qualification & ExperienceEssential Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/ Institute (Full Time Course)

  • Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in Civil projects/works involving preparation of estimate, billing, supervision of works, Operations & Maintenance etc in any Govt/Private Organisations.

  • Candidate shall have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken English).

  • Experience in the handling of civil works related to maintenance/new works in IT Parks/Hotels/Hospitals/Govt Institutions/commercial buildings etc. Knowledge in government procedures/works  will be given preference.

 General Conditions

  • The present position is at the office of Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram; however, Technopark reserves the right to post the candidate in any other offices or projects of Technopark within the state of Kerala or any other IT Parks under the department of Information Technology, Government of Kerala, if required.
