Brief Description

  • Identify & Engage with potential clients and nurture them to a qualified opportunity

  • Attending initial sales meetings with the clients including but not limited to Government clients (virtually and office visits)

  • Organize demonstration and presentation of the products

  • Establish new business

  • Understand the client pain points and proposing solutions

  • Determining a client’s business requirements and confirm whether the products being considered are suitable

  • Decide whether the software needs adapting to meet the client’s needs

  • Co-ordinate with Pre-sales team to answer any technical questions the client might have

  • Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client.

  • Maintaining accurate records of accounts and activities

  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

  • Reviewing sales performance

  • Negotiating contracts and packages

  • Working towards monthly, quarterly & annual targets.

  • Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in software sales and strong connections at the CXO level.

  • Negotiating skills

  • Presentation skills

  • Fluency in English, Hindi and Local Language

  • Strong and proven expertise in IT product sales will be an added advantage

  • Willingness to travel across India.

  • Any degree
