As a Junior Data Processor within the Data Services team, you will effectively undertake all data processing tasks against business objectives and targets. You will work within multiple disciplines including infringements, image management and secondary rights as well as multiple other data related tasks. You’ll thrive in an environment of clear, continuous communication and global collaboration and be able to successfully manage priorities and deliver results in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
- Create cases for designated infringement agencies
- Assist with unauthorized use queries received from Contributors
- Verify, correct and confirm metadata associated with collections assets with the goal of improving search accuracy and quality of results
- Assist with large scale image management tasks such as asset deletions, classification and metadata application on behalf of contributors and internal requests according to business need
- Work through the weekly list of data processing tasks in order of priority as they are assigned, ensuring processes are followed
- Capture, transfer and organize data for all areas of the business
- Responsible for the integrity of the data being processed within the team
- Use the internet to research data and fill any gaps in our data models
- Be motivated to meet or exceed yearly targets set for the team
- Continually seek to improve the current data processes
- Close collaboration with all internal teams for data related services
- Assist with the training of new team members to fully embed flexibility within the team
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required
