The candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree preferably in HR/Business Administration/related field, with a minimum of 3 years experience in HR/Admin activities. He should have basic knowledge in payroll management with excellent communication, interpersonal and Organizational skills. He should be proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word & Outlook) and should be able to track and do necessary follow ups for all types of renewals etc.
Following are the Key Responsibilites:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding.

Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.).

Handle payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts/payroll processing team.

Support performance management and appraisal processes.

Address employee grievances and ensure legal compliance (ESI, PF, labor laws, etc.).

Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, etc.).

Maintain office infrastructure, supplies, and general upkeep.

Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for staff when required.

Coordinate with IT or third-party vendors for hardware/software issues.

Monitor office expenses and maintain petty cash.
- Track and monitor all types of renewals like passports/visas/insurance/medicals etc.
