Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution:
o Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and
delivery of UI/UX projects.
o Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in
collaboration with stakeholders.
o Manage project scope and mitigate scope creep through proactive
communication.
2. Team Management & Coordination:
o Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and
testers, ensuring seamless collaboration.
o Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely
delivery.
o Provide clear instructions and feedback to team members to maintain
alignment with project objectives.
3. Client Interaction:
o Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is
translated into actionable project plans.
o Conduct regular status updates, gather feedback, and manage client
expectations.
o Present project deliverables, including prototypes and final designs, to
clients.
4. Quality Assurance & Usability:
o Ensure all project outputs align with UI/UX best practices and meet
usability standards.
o Facilitate user testing sessions and incorporate feedback into design
iterations.
o Maintain consistency across designs in line with brand guidelines and
user needs.
5. Risk & Budget Management:
o Identify risks early and develop contingency plans to address them.
o Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining
quality.
6. Continuous Improvement:
o Analyze project performance and implement process improvements for
future initiatives.
o Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in UI/UX design and project
management.
