Key Responsibilities:

Deliver interactive training sessions on spoken and written English to improve learner’s fluency, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills for real-life and workplace situations.

Conduct personality development and public speaking sessions to help learners build self-confidence, manage stage fear, improve presentation skills, and develop professional presence.

Train learners in resume writing and interview preparation, including how to structure a job-ready resume and respond effectively to common interview questions.

Facilitate group discussions, idea presentation, and evaluation strategies.

Teach workplace etiquette and behavior, including teamwork, time management, and professional communication.

Assess each learner’s skill level and tailor the training content to suit their needs and goals.

Design and update training materials, assignments, and evaluation tools to keep sessions relevant and engaging.

Provide regular feedback and one-on-one support to help learners improve continuously.

Conduct mock interviews and simulations to build practical skills and confidence.

Track learner progress and maintain an inclusive, motivating, and growth-focused learning environment.
