Key Responsibilities

Provide prompt, polite, and effective customer support via phone, email, and other channels

Handle cold calling and follow-ups with prospective clients to introduce Brandfell’s services and generate interest

Manage and update client records, lead pipelines, and internal documentation

Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and ensuring follow-ups happen on time

Prepare and send proposals, reports, and other client communications as needed
