Brief Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Odoo Sales Consultant to join our growing team. As a key member of the sales function, you will be responsible for identifying business needs, presenting tailored Odoo ERP solutions, and closing deals. The ideal candidate has experience in ERP sales, a solid understanding of Odoo modules, and the ability to build strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for Odoo ERP implementations.

  • Conduct discovery meetings and assess client needs and business processes.

  • Deliver persuasive product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.

  • Prepare and present customized proposals, pricing, and solution configurations.

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate solution design.

  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to deal closure.

  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

  • Stay updated on Odoo’s latest features, modules, and updates.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in ERP sales, preferably with Odoo or similar platforms.

  • Strong understanding of business processes (finance, inventory, CRM, HR, etc.).

  • Ability to communicate complex software solutions in a clear, value-driven manner.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience working with CRM tools and ERP systems.
