Brief Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Senior Business developmenet Executive to drive new business and manage client relationships in the B2B software space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to craft winning proposals.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate/enterprise sector.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
  • Prepare and deliver high-standard business presentations and client pitches, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and impact.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to position the company as a preferred solution provider.

Salary

Between 10 to 15 LPA

Variable Pay 20% of the salary

Sales Commission : 5% – 8% on net revenue generated

Accelerator : Exceeding targets will pay 10% of profit or 200% of the salary (whichever is lower)
