Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets aligned with ITES offerings.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Understand client needs and propose tailored IT-enabled solutions.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) for seamless execution.
* Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favourable terms.
* Monitor performance, track KPIs, and report on business development efforts.
