Akira Software Solutions is offering a structured 6-month internship opportunity for passionate and career-oriented individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resource Management. This internship is designed to provide real-time exposure to core HR functions in a dynamic IT environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling

Support employee onboarding and documentation

Help organize and execute employee engagement activities

Maintain and update HR records and databases

Assist in preparing HR reports, memos, and letters

Participate in policy drafting and compliance tracking

Provide support in day-to-day HR operations
