Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Head with a strong background in IT Services sales to lead our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, managing a team of executives, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring sustainable revenue and fund flow.
Key Responsibilities:
🧭 Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
👥 Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and close rates.

Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.

Foster a target-driven, energetic team culture.
💼 Client Relationship & Business Development:

Handle key client relationships, pitch solutions, and negotiate contracts.

Build strong networks with potential customers and business partners.

Participate in client meetings, proposals, and deal closures.
💰 Revenue & Fund Flow Management:

Ensure timely client payments and maintain consistent fund inflow.

Work closely with finance and project teams for cash flow planning.
