Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Head with a strong background in IT Services sales to lead our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, managing a team of executives, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring sustainable revenue and fund flow.

Key Responsibilities:

🧭 Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

  • Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.

👥 Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and close rates.

  • Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.

  • Foster a target-driven, energetic team culture.

💼 Client Relationship & Business Development:

  • Handle key client relationships, pitch solutions, and negotiate contracts.

  • Build strong networks with potential customers and business partners.

  • Participate in client meetings, proposals, and deal closures.

💰 Revenue & Fund Flow Management:

  • Ensure timely client payments and maintain consistent fund inflow.

  • Work closely with finance and project teams for cash flow planning.

  • Monitor overdue payments and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
