Brief Description

Brandfell is looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, a strong background in lead generation, and a passion for delivering real ROI for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Develop and implement advanced lead generation strategies with a strong focus on ROI

  • Collaborate directly with clients to align on goals, campaign direction, and reporting

  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvements

  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in paid marketing

  • Communicate effectively with management about any campaign issues or roadblocks, along with proposed solutions

Preferred Skills

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency managing multiple client accounts

  • Proven track record of delivering successful lead generation campaigns with quantifiable results

  • Strong skills in campaign analysis, data interpretation, and optimization

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong time management and ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to independently handle client communications and performance reporting

  • Data analytics skills (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.) are a plus

  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus

  • The impact/results of those solutions in measurable terms
