Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in international markets.

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the company’s presence and sales in key global regions.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Represent the company at international trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.

Provide regular updates and reports on international sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

5+ years of proven experience in international business development, sales, or client acquisition.

Demonstrated success in bringing in international clients and managing international accounts.

Strong understanding of global markets, business customs, and cross-cultural communication.

Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to travel internationally as required.
