This is an exciting, money-making opportunity to join a dynamic Sales team, and buildaccounts from the ground up. We are looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager who will be responsible forestablishing and driving sales activities for our software products within a designated geography.You will be expected to penetrate and prospect named accounts for new business as well asestablish new prospects.

Experience: More than 4 years 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closure, ensuring consistent revenue
    growth.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients, guiding them through
    the sales cycle.
  • Provide consultative sales solutions to prospects, demonstrating a deep understanding of
    their business needs.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and presentations to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, forecasts, and reports in the CRM
    system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and channel teams to execute targeted sales strategies.
  • Strategically plan and execute marketing campaigns, partnerships, and lead-generation
    initiatives.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and assist in client onboarding.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B software sales
  • MBA or equivalent degree with 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong ability to understand customer pain points and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
  • Prior experience in handling software product management or cloud-based solutions is an
    advantage.
