Qualification:

Candidates must have either:
A BTech, or An MBA with a specialization in Marketing
Graduates from any other discipline are also eligible,
but they must have a valid certification in Digital Marketing, Sales, or Business Development
Note: For non-MBA graduates, this certification is mandatory

Job Location: Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala

Notice period - Immediate to 15 days preferred

What You’ll Do:

As an Business Growth Executive , you’ll be at the forefront of our business expansion, responsible for:

Create high-quality leads using email marketing, freelance platforms, LinkedIn, and referrals
Help us showcase our IT services to prospective customers in various markets.
To comprehend service capabilities and translate customer needs into compelling proposals, collaborate with internal technical teams.
Make compelling sales materials, such as quotes, presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
Keep track of every client encounter, lead, and sales activity.
Investigate market demands, rivals, and IT developments to support digital strategy.
Assist the group in maintaining and improving our digital branding and web presence.
Participate in client presentations, product demos, and virtual meetings as needed.
Contribute comments and ideas to help us refine our outreach and commercial growth plans.

What We’re Looking For:

BTech/MBA (Marketing) or any graduate with a certification in digital marketing
Candidates that are new to the field or have up to six months of experience in IT services, business development, or digital marketing
Strong verbal and writing communication abilities
A passion for technology and a desire to work in the IT industry
Proactive, meticulous, cooperative, and with a growth mentality
