We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Office Administrator to oversee front office operations, human resources functions and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and front office activities, Attendance Management and daytoday accounts ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment.
- Manage HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
- Oversee front office operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day activities
- Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and office management
- Monitoring the Project Milestone & Deadlines
- Handle basic accounts (Knowledge in Tally preferred)
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Time management and Document management
- Handling Day to day activities along with Office management
