We are looking for a proactive HR Intern who is passionate about tech recruitment and eager to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for IT / Technical roles using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Coordinate and manage contract hiring processes and documentation.
Work closely with external vendors to source profiles and track deliverables.
Handle interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate records accurately.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on market trends and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Preferred Skills

Requirements:

6 months to 1.5 years of experience in IT / Technical recruitment.
Good exposure to job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with vendor coordination and contract hiring processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
