Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Network Engineer to join our IT firm. The ideal candidate should have up to 2 years of experience in network support, configuration, and troubleshooting. You will assist in maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure high performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Support daily network operations, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Assist with network documentation.
- Work with senior engineers to deploy new network solutions and upgrades.
- Provide basic technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
- Participate in network maintenance tasks and scheduled upgrades.
- Assist in configuring and managing routers, switches and wireless access points.
