JOB SUMMARY :  

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled HR cum Front Office Manager to oversee human resources functions, front office operations, and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and front office activities, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment.

  1.  Manage HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
  2. Oversee front office operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day activities
  3. Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and office management
  4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  6. Time management and Document management
  7. Handling Day to day activities along with Office management 
     

 

Preferred Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  2. Experience in HR and/or front office administration
  3. Proven experience in HR and front office management
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  6.  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
