We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C2C & W2 recruitment, deep knowledge of US visa classifications, and a proven track record of sourcing top-tier IT talent for the US market. This role requires working night shifts to align with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions using job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Work extensively with Implementation Partners to fulfill client requirements.

  • Understand technical job requirements and conduct effective technical evaluations of candidates.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Ensure compliance with US labor laws and visa regulations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, E3, TN).

  • Prepare and negotiate offers, coordinate interviews, and facilitate smooth onboarding.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals through proactive networking and database management.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring targets and recruitment goals.

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in the US IT recruitment space.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment with hands-on exposure to C2C & W2 hiring.

  • In-depth understanding of various US work visas and related compliance guidelines.

  • Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to find niche IT talent quickly.

  • Strong technical acumen to grasp and assess various IT roles and technologies.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple open requirements simultaneously.
