Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Inbound Calls) 
Location:Bangalore
Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Rotational within this window)
Working Days: 7 days a week (1 weekly day off as Compensatory Off)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to handle inbound calls for Banking project. The role involves addressing customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend inbound calls from  Bank customers professionally and efficiently.

  • Resolve banking-related queries, including account information, transactions, and general inquiries.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments and ensure follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed call records in the system.

  • Adhere to the company’s communication and quality standards.

  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduation preferred.

  • Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.

  • Prior experience in customer support or call center (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Basic computer and typing skills.

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Location: On-site, Bangalore

  • Shift: Day shift (rotational hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

  • Week Off: 1 day off per week (on a rotational basis)
