Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Inbound Calls)
Location:Bangalore
Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Rotational within this window)
Working Days: 7 days a week (1 weekly day off as Compensatory Off)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to handle inbound calls for Banking project. The role involves addressing customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Attend inbound calls from Bank customers professionally and efficiently.

Resolve banking-related queries, including account information, transactions, and general inquiries.

Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments and ensure follow-up.

Maintain accurate and detailed call records in the system.

Adhere to the company’s communication and quality standards.

Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduation preferred.

Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.

Prior experience in customer support or call center (preferred but not mandatory).

Basic computer and typing skills.
