Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain policyholder data, claims records, and premium information in internal systems.
- Verify documents such as insurance proposals, claim forms, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure that data entered complies with company guidelines and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and business information • Generate periodic reports and assist in data audits for accuracy.
