Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage our human resource functions effectively. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of labor laws, and be open to travel when required. You will play a key role in shaping our workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting our talent strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and company goals.

  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.

  • Ensure legal compliance with HR laws and regulations (labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with the finance team.

  • Organize training and development initiatives for employees.

  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.

  • Travel to different office locations or sites as needed for audits, HR functions, or employee engagement.

Preferred Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a core HR role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, labor regulations, and statutory compliance.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.

  • Willingness to travel as per job requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in HR or labor law compliance is an added advantage.

  • Experience in a multi-location or field-based HR role.
