Brief Description

As a Software Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone to promote and sell our software products and solutions. You will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales to contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

 

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new business opportunities

  • Present and explain software products and features effectively to potential clients

  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored software solutions

  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information

  • Follow up on leads and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and campaigns

  • Handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals successfully

  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in software or technology sales

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to understand and explain technical product details

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
