Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Lifecycle Management

Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation confirmations, internal movements, and offboarding.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS and ensure data integrity across all platforms.

Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
2. Offboarding & Exit Management

Facilitate seamless and compliant offboarding processes, including notice period tracking, documentation, clearance procedures, and full & final settlements.

Conduct and document exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and provide actionable insights for improving retention.
3. Payroll Coordination & Compliance

Collaborate with finance and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Verify payroll inputs such as attendance, leave balances, compensation revisions, incentives, and tax declarations.

Address employee payroll queries and ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, etc.
4. Employee Benefits Administration

Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, wellness initiatives, and other perks.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits queries, claims assistance, and policy clarifications.

Liaise with external service providers for the effective execution, renewal, and communication of benefits programs.
5. HR Analytics & Reporting

Develop and maintain HR dashboards and regular reports covering metrics such as headcount, turnover, employee demographics, and other key HR indicators.

Analyze HR data and provide insights to support leadership in workforce planning, policy development, and employee engagement strategies.
